Explain requirements to team/ vendor and get the work executed
Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation
Seek feedback from the client
Get changes done as applicable
Be updated about all work relating to the client
Maintain proper follow up with executive (in house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work

Identify new opportunities of association with clients
Pitch the clients for these new opportunities & generate new business
Execute review meeting (on call or on site) with client whenever required
Do a quality check of work as per prescribed standard
Get work approved by seniors/ concerned personnel before delivery

Good leadership skills and sense of responsibility
Stable record of working in previous companies
Experience of handling clients with relation to advertising/ digital marketing work
Good logical reasoning skills
Capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging times
Degree in Commerce/ management or other relevant field
